On Thursday, January 22, 2026, the PA-502 Continuum of Care HUD CoC Grant Competition Project Review Committee (PRC) unanimously voted to approve all current HUD FY 2024 Continuum of Care Program renewal projects at existing funding levels for the FY 2025 Local Grant Competition. As a result, the CoC will not reallocate (reduce or eliminate) any renewal projects when it submits the FY 2025 Priority Listing to HUD for the FY24-25 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (“FY24-25 CoC NOFO”). The County of Delaware, serving as the PA-502 CoC Collaborative Applicant, must submit its consolidated application, including a confirmation and priority listing of all renewal projects recommended for funding, to HUD by February 9, 2026. Projects that were awarded FY 2024 funds and are not being reallocated or replaced by the CoC may be eligible for selection for FY 2025 funds using their FY 2024 application submission and are not required to apply for renewal for FY 2025 funds (I.B.2.c).
