CITYTEAM TURNING POINT WOMEN'S RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Serves single women and single mothers 18 - 24 yrs of age who are experiencing housing instability and in need of transitional housing. Through structured case management / action plans CityTeam Turning Point offers a variety of interventive strategies and help their residents connect with community resources that will enable them to improve self-sufficiency preparing a successful transition into long term affordable housing. TRINITY TRANSITIONAL HOUSE
Trinity Transitional House is a remote access resource service. We provide resources for homelessness prevention, transitional housing services and tangible items to displaced women, mothers and their children due to instances of poverty, domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse disorder here in Delaware County, PA. Our Mission is to coordinate homelessness prevention and intervention services for displaced women and single mothers whose livelihood is threatened by loss of housing.
