As of now, HUD has not issued the final Grant Inventory Worksheets (GIWs), Annual Renewal Demands (ARDs), CoC bonus project funding amounts, detailed instructions, or project applications for the FY 2026 grant competition. As a result, the PA-502 CoC local competition due date for new and renewal project applications in e-snaps has been extended to Friday, July 31st, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
In the meantime, we encourage you to prepare for the application process by reviewing the below documents and developing responses related to project design, including project type, component, narrative description, populations served, number of households served, number of units/beds, line item budgets, and any supporting documentation, including match, partnership/subrecipient agreements, and required attachments.
